Estate agency trainer, consultant and columnist Julian O’Dell’s annual fundraiser music festival Catfest has proved to be a huge success over the past few years, so much so that it has become one of the premier social events in the property industry calendar.

Drivers & Norris

The Oxfordshire’s Best Family Friendly Festival in the Hills of Watlington, a not for profit event supporting a number of charities on 19th – 20th June 2020 has been cancelled due to covid 19.  Scott Hailou Managing Director comments “It is a music event for the whole family".

The team wanted to create something fun which their tenants could interact with whilst still helping them during lockdown. They came up with the idea of an X1 Cookbook, compiling all of their go to recipes from quick and easy, vegan trends and the ultimate sweet treats.

Nigel Phillips Trainer "tells “Here in sunny Bournemouth I have been busy shopping for a number of vulnerable people locally, having hooked up with the council and community initiatives. This chap is one regular, who also keeps my gardening skills topped up making sure his ‘Wembley lawn’ remains pristine!"

Nock Deighton

Laura McCord from the Nock Deighton team in Ludlow has been busy volunteering for local group Pulling Together Ludlow.  Laura has been on hand to deliver milk to the vulnerable and elderly residents as well as the many other requests the group deal with in the course of the day during the current crisis.
