In the last 3 years, we have raised over &25,000 for the charity which is based in Dorchester on Thames, and supports children in the UK by providing financial assistance to families in need of support, enabling children with cerebral palsy and other neuromotor disorders to access the Footsteps therapy programme and benefit from specialist equipment whilst at home.
Did you know?
- 1 in 400 children in the UK is born with cerebral palsy.
- 55% of disabled children grow up in, or on the margins of poverty.
Our target for 2018 is &10,000 and this will be helped by James running the Reading Half Marathon in March
The format will be the same as before and application forms will be available to anyone wishing to take part. We had the maximum number of players in 2017 of 148 and priority will be given to those who supposed the event in recent years.
